THE FULL AMOUNT INVOICED WILL BE PAYABLE ON PLACING OF ORDER BEFORE CONCEPTS AND DESIGNS WILL BE ISSUED.
PLEASE NOTE, IF AN ORDER IS CANCELLED BEFORE THE DELIVERY OF GOODS A REASONABLE CANCELLATION FEE OF 30% WILL BE CHARGED TAKING INTO CONSIDERATION ALL RELEVANT FACTORS.
I WILL NOT CLAIM A REFUND OR REMEDY AND I ACCEPT FULL RESPONSIBILITY SHOULD THE GOODS BE DAMAGED DUE TO MISUSE, ABUSE, OR ANY NEGLECT FORM MY SIDE TO ADHERE TO ANY USER AND WARNING INSTRUCTIONS. I DO HOWEVER ACCEPT, THAT SHOULD THE GOODS HAVE A DEFECT, I WILL IMMEDIATELY INFORM THE SUPPLIER WITHIN 2 WORKING DAYS. 
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT OUR PRODUCT(S) TAKE A MINIMUM OF 10-15 WORKING DAYS TO PRODUCE FROM DATE OF PAYMENT.
WORKING HOURS ARE WEEKDAYS 8-5. WE ARE BASED IN KRUGERSDORP (WESTRAND/JHB/GAUTENG) FOR COLLECTIONS.
AFTER RECEIPT OF YOUR INVOICE, PLEASE MAIL US YOUR PROOF OF PAYMENT (TO INFO@SAYITCREATIVE.CO.ZA) FOR US TO CONFIRM YOUR ORDER AS ACTIVE AND TO SCHEDULE YOUR GOODIES TO BE READY BY THE TIME YOU NEED THEM BY. CONCEPTS WILL BE SENT BEFORE ANY ITEM IS PRINTED.
SAY IT CREATIVE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SPELLING MISTAKES OR ANY PICTURE MISTAKES – IT IS EACH CLIENT’S RESPONSIBILITY TO DOUBLE CHECK ALL THE DESIGN PROOFS.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES DURING TRANSIT!
 WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPMENTS SENT TO FORWARDING SERVICES OR COMPANIES REGARDLESS OF SHIPPING SERVICE SELECTED, IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER AND YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS A FORWARDING ADDRESS YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTACTING YOUR COURIER TO LOCATE OR CHANGE YOUR SHIPMENT.
WE ARE ALSO NOT RESPONSIBLE TO WEATHER RELATED DAMAGE OR DELAYS! ONCE PACKAGE LEAVES OUR HANDS IT IS COMPLETELY OUT OF OUR CONTROL! WE DOT NOT USE OUR OWN COURIER COMPANY BUT MAKE USE OF REPUTABLE COURIER COMPANIES IN SOUTH AFRICA.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT BEFORE PLACING ORDER WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INCORRECT ADDRESSES. IT IS THE CLIENT'S RESPONSIBILITY TO FOLLOW UP WITH THE COURIER COMPANY FROM THE TIME THAT THE TRACKING NUMBER IS SENT TO YOU. PLEASE INFORM US BEFORE 15:30 IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR PARCEL AFTER YOU HAVE FOLLOWED UP ON YOUR OWN WITH THE COURIER COMPANY, WE WILL TRY AND ACCOMMODATE AND FIND OUT FROM THE VARIOUS DEPOTS.
